Jackass star Bam Margera shows off his new tribute tattoo to tragic Ryan Dunn

Six weeks after the tragic death of Ryan Dunn, his best friend Bam Margera has become the second member of the Jackass cast to get a tattoo in tribute to the star.

The daredevil reality star, who was left devastated by the loss of his friend, yesterday showed off the portrait tattoo inscribed on the front of his right shoulder with the caption 'Random Hero.'

In the wake of the accident, an inconsolable Bam spoke to a local news station and was so distraught he could barely put his loss into words.

'It was the worst phone call I ever got in my life waking up to that,' the 31-year-old wept.

Margera, who was in Arizona at the time of the crash, visited the crash scene in Philadelphia two days after the accident.

He was visibly overcome with emotion, rocking back and forth in agony at the guardrail that the car crashed through.

'I've never lost anybody that I cared about. It's my best friend,' he told local TV station WTXF, weeping.

'He was the happiest person ever, the smartest guy. He had so much talent, and he had so many things going for him. This is not right, not right.

“After Ryan passed away, [I asked] how can I do something for Ryan?” Jason says in a new video he Tweeted . “Well, it’s something he’d probably do for anyone of us if it was one of us in the situation. I’m going to get him tattooed on me. Yep, that’s what I’m going to do.”

Ryan was killed in a car crash on Monday as well as his passenger, Zachary Hartwell,” PopEater reports. “They were killed instantly after their Porsche flew off the road at reported speed of up to 130 MPH.

A toxicology report revealed Ryan’s blood alcohol content was more than double the legal limit at the time of the crash.

“So, we finally got through it,” Jason said while revealing the finished product of his tattoo. “I wish I was losing a bet and Dunn was still here and I got his face on me.”

I’m sorry any one is dead… but to get a tat on your leg and write the word HERO under the guy’s face is shocking. Ryan was more than two times over the legal limit and not only did he drive drunk and kill himself, he took his friend along with him. It’s a miracle he didn’t hit another car and take the life of someone else! From what I understand, he was always crashing his cars, so much so his friends predicted his death by vehicle. I certainly don’t call that the actions of a hero. I call that the act of a man who was irresponsible with no regard for others. You want the picture of a hero on your leg?
